About the Position

Key Responsibilities

  • Business and process analysis as well as impact assessment
  • Design, implementation and support of SharePoint and CRM, workflow and web-based business solutions
  • Improve business productivity and efficiency for all knowledge/information workers throughout the business by promoting and encouraging the optimal use and development of MS SharePoint, workflow and web-based solutions
  • Primary Subject Matter Expert for all Microsoft SharePoint / CRM configurations and workflow solutions and development
  • ‎Ensure appropriate execution on projects based on defined deliverables
  • Ensure appropriate documentation and reporting
  • Facilitation of meetings, workshops, etc. to gather information
  • Supporting the business with regards to business and process improvement
  • Transfer of knowledge to users, trainers and peers

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric
  • National diploma in Business Analysis, Information Systems and/or an appropriate tertiary qualification
  • MS SharePoint qualification (preferable) or Microsoft Dynamic CRM experience/exposure (preferable)
  • A minimum of 4 years experience in a business/solutions analyst role

Technical Competencies

Experience in the following technologies will be advantageous:

  • Advanced MOSS/SharePoint
  • Workflow Tools (e.g. Nintex)
  • MS CRM

Good understanding and/or experience of:

  • MS Office development technologies (.Net)
  • Database management methodologies
  • Knowledge/Document management solutions
  • Experience working directly with end-users in a supporting role (or as part of a support team)
  • Experience in project management or working within a project team (advantageous)
  • Experience working within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment
